Headstart Residential Care has a nurturing and therapeutic approach to the residential care of our young people on the Autistic Spectrum and they thrive in this environment.
The therapeutic programme is integrated into every aspect of how staff work. The staff are supported closely by our therapists who ensure continuity of care and strategies in how to work with each young person. The ABA/PBS model approach is used through an ethos of positive reinforcement by building self-esteem and positive behaviour.
We offer a high quality trained staff team who work closely with our young people to achieve the most positive outcomes.
